Every withdrawal request is checked against your verified banking details. We hold funds for up to 2 hours for fraud review, then send them to your account. You receive a confirmation email the moment we release the transfer.

Data Retention Policy

Account data stays on file while your membership is active. After you close your account, we keep financial records for six months, then delete personal details. Withdrawal history remains for your own reference.

Request Data Changes

If your phone number, email or bank details change, log in to Settings and update them directly. Our system notifies you by email when a change is confirmed. You can also request corrections through our support chat.

Yes. Log in to your account and go to Settings > Privacy & Data, or email our privacy team with your username. We'll send you a secure download link within 48 hours containing all your stored information, including account data, transaction history and login logs.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We only share information with payment providers (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS operators) when processing your deposit or withdrawal, and with our bank for financial compliance. Where local law requires disclosure, we'll tell you first.

Payment details are encrypted during transfer and not stored permanently on our servers. We decrypt them only to confirm the transaction with your bank, then immediately discard them. Your account never holds your payment credentials in plain text.

You can update your email, phone or banking details by logging in and visiting Settings. To request deletion of non-financial data, contact our support team. Financial records (deposits, withdrawals) are kept for six months per regulation but your personal name can be depersonalised earlier if you ask.
